Pomegranate seeds, pecans and feta give this salad a bright crunch, while the baharat vinaigrette adds a middle eastern flair to the flavors.

1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Rumi Persian Gulf Baharat Blend
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
10 oz. baby greens
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
8 oz. feta cheese
1/2 cup pecan pieces
In a small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, Rumi Baharat Blend, and salt.
Place baby greens, pomegranate seeds, onion, feta cheese, and pecan pieces into mixing bowl; set aside.
Pour vinaigrette over salad and toss to coat.
