Rumi Spice
Ingredients

Whole Head Cauliflower

2 TB Olive Oil

Any Rumi spice blend - we recommend kabul piquant

1 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 425
Drizzle 2 TB olive oil over whole head of cauliflower, then sprinkle 1 TB of your chosen Rumi Spice blend on top, and 1 tsp of salt, massage the olive oil and spices into the cauliflower for 1 minute
Roast at 425 for about one hour, depending on size of cauliflower. Enjoy!
